You can create your own charcuterie board or pick from one of the list and add/modify as desired. Given our very average (mainly polite intro and thank you) they were happy to help with selecting from the wide selection of options. She uses one waiter - a very nice receptive lady — and their team is formidable! We ate today a pumpkin crumble, salmon and blanket de veau with fresh pasta and for desert: crème brûlée and drunk pear with salty caramel and black sesame ice-cream, To top up our experience today, we were offered a nice dry wine from… Auvergne and it was very goo with its gentle fruity notes.
